Join us for this FREE event!
This is your chance to check out several fitness classes, meet instructors, dine at the cafe, and try your hand at trivia. Registration is simple—members can log in to sign up and nonmembers can submit the form below.
Live Ball Tennis/ Junior Demo
Live Ball for the adults, while the junior players get a fun-filled and high-level drill! These amazing classes will keep players moving through various point-play drills and demonstrate aspects of all our programming!
5 pm on the stadium
Tae Kwon Do
Come and watch Victory Martial Arts instructor Gavin Espinosa and his youth students give a demonstration of taekwondo. Then the class opens to kids who want to learn a few of the basic movements.
5:15 pm in the tribe room
Paseo Tribe
Check out this functional fitness class that helps you to build lean muscle, increase endurance, and burn fat.
6 pm in the tribe room
Pilates Reformer
Try out a Pilates reformer class. Gain a dancer's physique while getting a full-body workout. 8-person limit.
6 pm in the Pilates studio
Blood Flow Restriction
Are you curious about the latest fitness craze, blood flow restriction training? Come to this mini-session to learn how BFRT helps you train safer, in less time, and with better results.
7 pm in the tribe room
Cafe, Clubhouse, Trivia
Dine on healthy and tasty fare at the Paseo Club cafe, enjoy the fall-inspired cocktail menu at the clubhouse, and try a round or two of trivia!
