GET STRONGER TOGETHER with our Paseo Club group fitness classes. With over 70 complimentary exercise classes per week we encourage all members to take advantage this service. Our highly qualified instructors love helping members of all fitness levels get a great workout. From Extreme Body Blast, to Treadmill Training, to Mat Pilates, we’re sure to have something to help you get your desired results. Liquid Cardio classes are offered May through September.
MARATHON/ TRIATHLON TRAINING for multiple local marathons and triathlons. Meets three times per week, with personalized training plans, stretching and rolling demonstrations and run fit challenges each week
KICKBOXING gives you a total body workout, burning fat, improving balance, coordination and reflexes. Reduce stress and improve confidence while shedding calories. This small group training meets just outside the fitness center. Gloves and wraps are recommended. $25 per class. Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00pm.

SPECIAL INTEREST the Personal Training Staff has experience in sports specific training such as: Golf, Dance, Tennis, High School Sports, as well as, Senior Fitness, Pre and Post Natal Workouts, Rehabilitation, Women’s Health, and Nutrition. We also have training for beginning triathletes, advanced triathletes, runners at all levels, and boxing at all levels.
