February 24: The Greatest Results New Season! (Small Group Training)
The Greatest Results is the Paseo Club’s most comprehensive small group training program. Learn how to live a healthy life through fitness and nutrition with ongoing, professional support.

- HIIT, Cardio, and Weights training classes
- Personalized coaching to meet your individual needs
- 3 Complimentary Pilates reformer or small group training sessions
The Greatest Results meets on Mondays at 6 pm, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 5:30 am, and Wednesdays at 7 pm. It costs $300 for the entire program.

February 24: Tribe Functionally Fit (Small Group Training)
Paseo Tribe Functionally Fit is the perfect addition for tennis and pickleball players! The programming will help to keep you safe on the courts and prevent injuries. These sessions are low-impact and use functional exercises designed to ensure you will be fit for life. Paseo Tribe Functionally Fit will ensure you maintain the correct intensity needed to decrease body fat, increase energy levels, and achieve cardiovascular fitness. Classes are on Mondays at 8 am. Reserve your spot!
Febrauary 24: Spa Specials
Let Haruko, Tara, and Angie whisk you away to a place of relaxation and rejuvenation. Two massage therapists and one esthetician staff the spa at the Paseo Club. Choose from dozens of delectable spa treatments as you celebrate yourself in the new year. The spa is open to members and non-members of the club.

February 24: Beginning Boxing (Mon-Thurs, Small Group Training)
Burn mega calories in this high-intensity interval cardio workout! Punching techniques are taught using heavy bags, boxing gloves, and focus mitts.

Please bring your own wraps and boxing gloves. Class meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 am, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15 am, and Saturdays at 9:30 am. Classes are $16-30 per class, depending on the package purchase. Register for Beginning Boxing.
February 25: Blood Flow Restriction Training (Small Group Training)
Cut your workout time in half! Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) helps you get leaner, more toned, and stronger while using less weights.
This class is great for those who want to lose weight fast and keep it off, strengthen their cardio system, perform better, and rehab faster from surgery. The class is on Tuesday at 7 am. Classes are $16-30 per class, depending on the package purchase. Register today!
February 26: Tribe Core Strength (Small Group Training)
Paseo Tribe Core Strength is a training program designed to bring tone, strength, stability, and power to your core. Develop a slim waistline and firm, strong abs. This program also incorporates flexibility and stability training for powerful, pain-free movement.
This class is offered at 8 am on Wednesdays. Classes are $16-30 per class, depending on the package purchase. Register for Tribe Core Strength.
February 26: Wine Down Wednesday (Every other Wednesday)
Turn your ordinary Wednesday into an extraordinary evening. Come to Happy Hour at 4, enjoy wine specials at 6, and dance to live music at 6:30 pm. Bring your friends — no guest passes are required.
February 26 & 29: Women's Strength Training (Small Group Training) - FULL!
This progressive strength and conditioning plan is for women aged 40 and going through menopause. This stage of life requires attention to various physiological changes and needs.

Enhance bone density and prevent osteoporosis.

Boost flexibility and balance to prevent falls and maintain mobility.

Counteract muscle loss due to aging and hormonal changes and build and maintain muscle mass.
The class is held at 6 pm on Wednesdays and 11 am on Saturdays. FULL!
February 26 & 29: Men’s Strength Training - NEW! (Small Group Training)
This new small group program is a progressive weight-lifting program that focuses on strength and mobility. You can attend once a week or twice at 7:30 pm on Wednesdays and 10 am on Saturdays. It costs $130 for one class per week for the six-week session and $260 for two classes for the six-week session. Register for Men’s Strength.
February 28: TRX and Core (Small Group Training)
TRX Core uses suspension training equipment to maximize core stability, improve your posture, and give you better balance. The loops and pulley system forces you to use your center to remain stable as you move. You are not only working your major muscles but enhancing all the stabilizer muscles as well. Use your own body weight as resistance in this low-impact class. TRX and Core is on Fridays at 8:30 am. Sign up for TRX and Core.
February 28: Gentlemen's Pour: A Global Whiskey Pairing Experience
Experience a carefully curated journey through the world's finest whiskey regions. This premium tasting event features five distinguished selections from:
- The rolling hills of Kentucky
- The historic distilleries of Ireland
- The meticulous craftsmen of Japan
The Gentleman’s Pour is from 7-9 pm and costs $55 for members and $60 for non-members. Reserve your spot.
March 1: DUPR Pickleball Rating Event - FREE!
The Paseo Club will host a DUPR rating event for pickleball players from noon to 2 pm every first Saturday of the month. It's played in a ladder round-robin format with rotating partners and will help you improve or establish your ratings. There is no fee or registration necessary.
Now Open Happy Hour at the Clubhouse (Weekdays)
Grab a drink and some tasty snacks at Happy Hour at the Paseo Club. Every Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 pm, the clubhouse serves up affordable beer, wine, and well drinks.
This season, try out the Blueberry Mule made with fresh blueberries, mint, fresh lime juice, vodka or tequila, and topped with ginger beer.
Now Open: Taco Tuesday
Taco Tuesdays are back, Amigos! This Tuesday, and every Tuesday, feast on your favorite tacos! The cafe will be serving up $3 tacos all night long!
Choose from chicken, carne asada, or barbacoa served with freshly made salsa.
Cool off with margaritas to complement those spicy kicks.
Taco Tuesdays is from 6 pm until closing. Round up your amigos and join us! No booking or registration is required.
Now Open: Porch Bar (Wednesdays & Fridays)
The Paseo Club porch will serve up drinks every Wednesday and Friday from 6 to 8 pm. The Challenge Court will also be open. All members are welcome, and no reservations are required. Play pickleball, grab a drink, and relax with friends!
Now Open: Pizza Thursday
Come to the Paseo Club cafe for pizza night on Thursdays! Pizzas are ready starting at 4 pm and cost as little as $10 per pizza. Come to the club for some swimming, pickleball, tennis, or your favorite workout, then stay for a family dinner! No reservations are needed.
