What types of corporate events can the Paseo Club host?

The Paseo Club has a large selection of amenities allowing us to design a corporate event that fits the needs of all our clients. You can choose from casual networking meetings over coffee to more formal dinners with live music and a theme — everything in between.

The wellness day includes lunch, meditation or breath work, and time for relaxation. Add-ons are available, such as spa treatments or use of our executive locker room with sauna and steam room. 

Planning your corporate event is completely customizable based on your business’s needs, the number of people attending, budget, and interests. There are dozens of options you can choose from. 

What type of on-site support is available?

Events Coordinator Amanda Billimore is the first point of contact for everyone considering hosting a corporate event at the Paseo Club. She will show you around the Paseo Club and discuss your vision, offering suggestions when required. She then assists, guides, and oversees your event from start to finish. 

If you are unsure of what you want your corporate event to look like, there are “templates” that can be adapted to meet your needs. These include a gala dinner (perfect for end-of-the-year parties or other celebrations), pickleball fundraiser, networking or team-building event, wellness day, pool party, and a bootcamp event.

The club’s maintenance team sets up your event with tables and chairs. The catering department ensures all dietary needs are met with several delicious food options. 

What types of amenities are available?

You can utilize any club amenities when you book a corporate event at the Paseo Club.

• Junior Olympic-sized swimming pool with hot tub

What types of media are available?

When you need to host a meeting or make a presentation you must have the necessary media for your event. The Paseo Club has a projector, screen, TV, microphones, and speakers available at no additional cost.

What is the Paseo Club’s capacity?

Depending on the type of event that the corporation or company is looking to organize, the Paseo Club can accommodate events for groups of 25 to 200 people. The entire club can be rented and can accommodate approximately 2000 people. 

Are food and beverages provided?

The Paseo Club’s food and beverage department takes care of all your catering needs. We offer casual dining, such as pizza, pasta, BBQ, and tacos, as well as buffet options for formal sit-down dining. 

Can the event span more than one day?

Yes!

The Paseo Club can host your multi-day event. If you have staff coming from out of town, we can assist in organizing overnight stays at our partner hotel.

When should corporations begin to reserve the venue and plan their event with the Paseo Club?

It is best to book your corporate event a few months in advance — especially during the busier seasons, if a theme is required, or for an indoor space. However, it is always worth checking availability at short notice in the event we can accommodate you.

What costs can a business or corporation expect?

The cost of hosting a corporate event at the Paseo Club varies widely depending on the length of the event, how many people attend, what amenities and menus are selected, and more. Your event can be as simple as a few coworkers learning to play pickleball to the whole company taking part in a weekend of yoga and mindful restoration.

Employee Wellness Day

This delightful package allows you and your staff to relax and rejuvenate. Attend yoga class, get centered with meditation, and then have free time afterward to enjoy the sauna, steam room, pool, gym, and more. Dine on a healthy and delicious lunch with infused waters and herbal and green teas. This is a four-hour event.

Bootcamp Team Building

Get your team pumped with this awesome four-hour-long bootcamp team-building package. You can attend an all-levels bootcamp fitness class, have free time to work together or enjoy the amenities at the club, and then share lunch. Choose a pasta and salad bar, a taco bar, or a BBQ-themed menu. Each person can enjoy two drinks too! The clubhouse will serve up margaritas, beer, wine, and soft drinks.

Pickleball Team Building

Gather your crew for a morning full of fun! Receive a customized pickleball lesson with our pro pickleball instructors. Then enjoy two hours of fun playing pickleball on our courts. If you are feeling really fancy, we can even help you and your team with your very own pickleball award ceremony! Finish the event with a tasty lunch of a pizza and salad spread, taco bar with all the fixings, or burgers and dogs from the grill. There is a dedicated beer, wine, margarita bar with water and soft drinks. This corporate event is for four hours.

Casino Night 

If you want to organize a night to remember, the Paseo Club’s Casino Night will be just the event for you! You and your staff can dress in your finest and prepare for an exciting evening of cocktails, casino-themed game tables staffed by the club’s personnel, a three-course meal, and a dedicated bar. This is a four-hour-long event.

The cost of hosting a corporate event at the Paseo Club covers the rental space, food and beverages, linens, audiovisual equipment, clean up, service fees, and gratuity. If additional items need to be rented, that cost will transfer to the corporation or business.
