Parents lead demanding lives full of work, chores, caretaking, and errands. What little free time they have, often goes to attending their kid's soccer games and paying the bills.
When the Paseo Club first opened, a childcare center was included as a necessary feature for busy parents who wanted time to exercise and needed quality care for their children to make it possible.
Kids Club has been an integral part of the club ever since. Every morning from 8 am to 1 pm, the Kids Club is open to care for members' babies, toddlers, and big kids. During the weekdays, they open again in the afternoon from 3 to 8 pm.
This summer Kids Club will offer a line-up of themed days so kids can have extra fun. In this article, you will learn about the Kids Club’s offerings, special events, favorite activities, and extended care.
Why is having themed days fun for kids during the summer?
We always look forward to the summer season at Kids Club! We see familiar faces again since so many kids return to the club after being in school all year.
The summer is the perfect time to incorporate more excitement into our day-to-day childcare routine. These activities give kids something to look forward to when they visit the Paseo Club, making every day special and unique. It also provides the opportunity to make memories with friends.
- Sunny Sunday - Kids wear their favorite sunglasses
- Sporty Monday - Kids wear a jersey and/or hat to represent their favorite sports team! Kids can partake in a few friendly games at Kids Club.
- Tattoo Tuesday - Kids can choose a temporary tattoo from our awesome collection.
- Bubble Wednesday - Play with bubbles at Kids Club.
- Aloha Thursday - Grab a Hawaiian shirt and lei and come to the Kids Club for a game of limbo.
- Face Paint Friday - Kids can choose a design to have painted on their face or arm by our creative Kids Club staff!
- Sticker Saturday - Kids can take home a cool sticker of their choice!
What are the kids’ favorite summer activities at Kids Club?
This is a tough question because the kids have so much fun at Kids Club! But here are the top 5 favorite summer activities.
- Water misters on the playground help us to beat the heat of summer, and kids like being able to cool off and play beneath them.
- Face Paint Friday is a huge hit for the kids, allowing their imaginations to run wild.
- Tattoo Tuesday is a neat event for kids to show off their personalities by selecting their favorite tattoo designs.
- The bubble machine is a blast for kids of all ages, from our infants to our 12-year-olds.
- Weekly crafts are also a creative indoor activity for many children who have an artistic side.
Are there any additional special summer events at Kids Club?
Yes!
Date Night events continue through the summer! We’ve planned some unique themes your kids will love, so reserve your child’s spot. Space is limited.
- June 14th brings us All-Star Sports Date Night, where kids are sure to get in plenty of games of soccer, basketball, and more!
- July 12th the Under the Sea Date Night will make a splash with plenty of fun crafts and games perfect for summer.
- August 9th we are hosting our Knights and Princesses Date Night — fit for royalty and adventurers alike.
Date Nights are from 5-9 pm for children ages 4-12 who are also potty-trained. Date Nights cost $40 per child, and activities, dinner, and film are all included.

Is there extended care at Kids Club for children who attend the Paseo Club summer camps?
Yes!
Kids Club will be open for children before and after the Paseo Club summer camps. Camp runs from 10 am to 3 pm. Parents can drop off their children at Kids Club between 8 to 10 am. Kids can attend Kids Club again in the afternoon from 3 to 5:30 pm.
Any parents interested in utilizing extended care for summer camp can inform their camp coordinators and contact Kids Club to reserve their child’s spot.

Kids Club is the childcare center at the Paseo Club. They offer childcare daily with extended care during the summer months for Paseo Club campers.
Kids Club has affordable rates with two payment options. You can pay $12 per hour per child, or if you use Kids Club regularly, you can buy a monthly pass for only $50.
The Kids Club has a 2.5-hour time limit in the mornings and afternoons/evenings, which applies to children attending camp and those not attending camp.
