Working out helps you to feel and look great. However, maintaining a workout schedule and creating your own programming can be difficult. Many people struggle with staying motivated and excited.
If you feel stuck with your training plan and want to get stronger or leaner, joining a small group fitness program is the answer to your needs.
Small group training at the Paseo Club is led by certified instructors who know how to challenge you while keeping you safe. You can learn new movements, new methods of training, and how to have proper form to minimize your risk of injury.
In this article, you will learn everything you need to know about the Tribe small group training program — what types of Tribe classes are taught, what you learn in class, who the class is best for, the schedule, and the cost.
What is Tribe small group training?
Tribe is a specialty fitness program led by the Paseo Club’s Director of Fitness, Cezanne Youmazzo. Cezanne and her dedicated staff teach four distinct, yet related, Tribe small group training sessions several times every year.
Programs last for six weeks, and each class builds on itself so you can get stronger, faster, and have higher endurance each week. Measure your progress with a before and after performance assessment.
Each class is capped at ten people so you can receive ample one-on-one attention and enjoy the camaraderie of your fellow classmates.

Tribe HIIT Extreme will increase your strength and endurance, help you burn fat and calories, and produce functional, full-body fitness results, leaving you looking and feeling amazingly fit!
Type of class: This is a high-intensity and high-impact program.
Five common movements in this program: Jump roping, pull-ups, push-ups, animal crawls, and kettlebell swings.
Who this program is best for: This program is for people who are competitive and like high-intensity intermediate/advanced workouts. Participants need to be able to run and jump comfortably and safely.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 am
Cost: $200 for two days per week for six weeks or $100 for one day per week for six weeks.
Testimonial: “TRIBE HIIT initially started out as an early morning workout class that my husband and I could do together. Nearly six years later, TRIBE is not just a class we go to, but rather has become all of the things we need in life and at our age to keep us happy, fit, and healthy. The exercises are challenging and keep us in shape, but they are modifiable depending on how you and your body are feeling that day. However, the camaraderie in the class is the true gem. Our 5:30 am TRIBE keeps us accountable and we genuinely care about each other. That's what makes TRIBE HIIT special for me. I may walk away for a week or two and then my TRIBE checks in and gets me back in the class again. Jen's TRIBE class is fire. I love it and will always find my way to class when I can.”
