What is the guest pass policy at the Paseo Club?

October 5th, 2022 | 3 min. read

By Jen Azevedo

Paseo Club members often have such a good time working out, swimming with their kids, or attending one of our weekly social events, that they want to bring their friends to join in the fun.

But many people do not know what the Paseo Club guest policy is or how to acquire guest passes.

The Paseo Club is a social club that focuses on fitness, health, and community. The club has a gym, cafe, and spa and hosts many social, athletic, and charitable events each month.

In this article, we will go over every aspect of Paseo Club’s guest policy. We will tell you how you can get guest passes, how many you can have, the costs of having guests, and more.

Can Paseo Club members bring guests?

YES!

Guests are welcome at the Paseo Club to use the facilities and join in the social events.

How do I bring a guest to Paseo?

Well, send them the Google Maps link… Just kidding!

All guests need to arrive at the Paseo Club with the member who has invited them. When they arrive, they must sign a waiver and pay any relevant fees.

The guest needs to arrive at the same time as the Paseo member and can stay longer, shorter, or the same amount of time as the member. They can attend the same classes as the member or choose a different activity. It is up to them.

Is there a limit to how many guest passes each member receives?

You are automatically given five guest passes for free when you become a member of the Paseo Club.

If you would like more passes, they are for sale at $14 for adult passes and $7 for kids.

What if you have a couple or family membership? Does each person in the membership get passes?

The primary person on the membership account is who receives the guest passes. But the primary person can give permission to their spouses, kids, or whomever else they share the account with, to use the guest pass.

Is there a time limit on the guest passes?

There is no time limit or expiration date to use guest passes.

Can you buy extra guest passes?

Guest passes can be purchased for $14 for adults and $7 for kids.  The guest pass lasts for the entire day.

Are there any classes or events that guests cannot attend?

Guests can attend all classes and events at the Paseo Club except for participating in a private training session of any kind.

How many guests can come at a time?

There is no specific rule about how many guests a member can bring to Paseo Club at one time.

But every guest can only come six times a year and once per month, maximum.

Can guests use Kids Club childcare?

As long as there is room, the child or children of a guest can be cared for at Kids Club.

The cost of childcare gets billed to the host member’s account. So, unless you want to pay for your guest’s childcare bill, make sure they pay you back.

Is there any other way a member can get guest passes?

YES!

Our fabulous front desk staff came up with the very fun “Question of the Day.” The question changes daily and is usually a fun and slightly silly trivia question. Some prior questions have been:

  • How many letters are in the alphabet?
  • How many meters are in an Olympic-size pool?
  • When did Starbucks get started?

Any person who guesses correctly wins one free guest pass on the spot.

And no — you cannot consult Google to answer these tricky questions. The front staff will be watching you!

Are there any situations where guests can come to the Paseo Club and not need a pass?

YES!

There are three circumstances where guests without passes can come to the Paseo Club.

  1. Social events do not require guest passes. This includes, but is not limited to, Dive-in Movie Night, Wine Down Wednesday, and charity events such as Paddle for the Battle.
  2. The spa is available to all non-members without passes.
  3. If a guest would like to meet a Paseo Club member at the cafe, they can dine with the member without a pass.
