What is in the Grab and Go at the Paseo Club?

Have you ever found yourself sweaty and tired after a great workout and wished you could quickly grab a bite to eat to refuel?

Most fitness centers do not have food available to their members, and if they do, it is unhealthy junk from a vending machine.

The Paseo Club knows you need to train smart AND eat smart to be healthy.

Getting a bite post-workout shouldn’t be that hard. That is why the Paseo Club has a cafe and clubhouse for snacks, meals, drinks, and more. Everything is fresh, tasty, and made to order, so you can recharge when you need to.

The Paseo Club is excited to announce a new option for bites — the Paseo Club’s Grab and Go. In this article, we will tell you all about Grab and Go — where to find it, its benefits, and what food items are available.

comp_IMG-7760What is Grab and Go at the Paseo Club?

Grab and Go is freshly prepared foods packaged in containers for members to buy. There is no wait and no need to order. You simply see what is available and choose what you want.

The cooler is located on the first table heading towards the Tribe Room, and you pay at the front desk.

What are the benefits of Grab and Go?

The benefit of the Grab and Go is you can quickly choose from an assortment of food from the cooler on your way in or out of the club. You can eat at the club or take it to go to eat at work or home.

There is always a diverse selection of options, and everything is packaged in easy-to-transport containers.
