The holiday season is upon us, and we are all feeling a little bit busy. Whether it is hosting a feast, traveling to see family, or just keeping up with the gift-giving, this time of year can feel like a whirlwind.
With a crazy holiday schedule, it can be hard to take time for yourself. The days seem to fill themselves, and finding windows to exercise, socialize, and relax may feel impossible (although the cookie-eating and wine-drinking sure are easy!).
The Paseo Club is a social club in the Santa Clarita Valley that has supported members' journeys in health for twenty years. We offer fitness, social, and charitable events throughout the year.
We wrote this article to help you have a great holiday season. You will learn what activities you can be a part of at the Paseo Club, when they are, and how to participate. Grab your calendars and read on!
