Pilates at the Paseo Club vs Pilates Plus — A comparison of Pilates facilities in the Santa Clarita Valley

September 13th, 2024 | 6 min. read

By Paseo Club Team

If you need a break from the heavy exertion of weight lifting, HIIT training, or tough games on the court, then Pilates is a great choice for you.

Pilates will help you mobilize your joints, strengthen your core, and develop a more lithe dancer physique. It is an excellent form of exercise to do on its own or counterbalance more intensive forms of exercise.

Participation in Pilates has been steadily growing. 11.86 million people did Pilates in the US in 2023 — a 15% increase from the previous year. With this growth, more and more Pilates studios are springing up.

The Paseo Club is a social club in the Santa Clarita Valley that offers tennis, pickleball, swimming, fitness, yoga, and Pilates. However, the club is one of many Pilates resources in the Santa Clarita Valley. Although we’d love for you to become a member of the Paseo Club, our priority is to help you find the best place for you to do Pilates.

This article will compare and contrast the Pilates program at the Paseo Club with Pilates Plus of Valencia. You will learn about class size, what types of Pilates classes are available, the costs of classes, and more.

There are many ways to use the reformer machine to develop strength and stability without having to lay down on the machine. The Paseo Club also has a wedge adapter that allows the mother to lay on her back (if she chooses), in an elevated position that keeps the baby safe.
