Pilates is an excellent form of mind-body exercise that can benefit people of all ages, genders, and fitness abilities. It is a physical activity you can do alone or cross-train with your favorite sport.
Pilates focuses on slow, controlled breathing while engaging your core and mobilizing and strengthening all parts of your body. People who do Pilates often experience less pain, have more flexibility, and recover from injuries more quickly.
The Paseo Club of Santa Clarita has a dedicated Pilates studio with eight reformer machines. Several types of Pilates classes are available every week.
In this article, you will learn about the different Pilates classes taught at the Paseo Club, what level they are, and who is the best fit for each class.
