What is the Greatest Results Program? (How it works)

As the seasons continue to change your body does as well and you may find yourself struggling to stay fit, healthy, and active. Lucky for you Paseo Club has a life-changing fitness program that will leave you feeling better than you have in years, Greatest Results. 

An emotion of fear and nervousness often runs through people when they are trying out new things. It is completely okay to feel this way when facing the unknown. That is why we are here to assure you that there is nothing to be worried about and we will be with you every step of the way on your fitness journey.

We here at Paseo, strive to help our members achieve any goals they may have, whether that be in our gym, on the courts, in the water, or at home. No matter what it is, we are dedicated to helping our members. In this article, we are focusing on the fitness aspect of Paseo and will be talking about everything you need to know about Greatest Results.

Throughout this article, we promise to be informative, objective, and transparent in what Greatest Results is, what it offers for you, and all that entails. If you are looking to become the best version of yourself then continue to read on. 

What is the Greatest Results Program?

So what is Greatest Results? Greatest Results is a six-week program that helps its participants with workouts as well as formulate a nutrition guide for them. We will be the first ones to tell you that this program is so much more than a quick-fix weight loss program. Weight loss does occur throughout this program, however, Greatest Results goes far beyond the scale.

Our fitness instructors have created a philosophy about being healthy and fit that has become the foundation upon which this program was constructed, in which being healthy surpasses the idea of being thin. They encourage and want you to join Greatest Results because it is realistic, sustainable, and proven to be successful. 

Here at Paseo, our instructors believe that little changes can make a huge difference in your life, for the better. Greatest Results provides you with tools that allow you to feel comfortable when you are out and about in the world. This entails making better food choices without feeling like you need to starve yourself, along with treating yourself well and getting stronger. 

We know that there are many diets out in the world, and our instructors feel that you shouldn’t have to cut out the foods that you love, to stay fit. They will explain and teach you about portion control throughout the program so you can still enjoy your favorite treats. 

How to Get Started with the Program

The hardest part of Greatest results is getting started, which means being mentally and physically committed to taking time for yourself to become the best version of yourself. The overall sign-up process is easy in which you can sign up at our front desk or get in contact with our Greatest Results instructors Cezanne, Trish, and Jason. 

During this six-week program, you will be pushed and challenged against yourself as you progress each week. What is so great about Greatest Results is that your group holds you accountable for being committed to the program and yourself throughout the journey. 

You will do better when you have people around you, challenging you, and cheering you on. We’ve had families, couples, and friends sign up together, as well as individuals who come in alone and become lifelong friends with other participants. 

A benefit of group accountability is that it provides you with a competitive atmosphere that motivates you to do your best. There is no doubt that throughout the six weeks you will learn so much about yourself, workouts, nutrition, and more. 

 

What to Expect During the Program

We kick off the beginning of each program with assessments and measurements and conclude our program with the same types of assessment and measurements to track your progress over 6 weeks. 

Many people indeed see changes in their weight whether they are trying to become leaner or bulk up, however, it isn’t until they realize how much stronger they have become in such a short amount of time, that they see that their tremendous progress and work has paid off. 

Many may not know but, getting stronger is the name of the game. When becoming stronger your muscles burn fat and this helps prevent injuries and allows you to become stronger and better at everything you do. 

These weekly sessions you have with your group and trainers will transform you and help you with your daily life in the long run. We strive to make sure you leave this program feeling rewarded and knowledgeable about what workouts and foods are the best for you. 

If you end up falling in love with this program, you can partake in it as many times as you want, just like how many of our members have done so. They found that this program kept them structured and focused on their health and benefited from it greatly. 

 

Your Guide To Eating Right (Nutrition At Paeo)

After the launch of our new nutrition software, a lot changed about the program. These changes are extremely beneficial because the nutrition portion is now ongoing. So, if you decide to continue with the program, you have access to all the nutrition information that is specific to your ongoing goals. 

During our program, you will receive an email every day with guidelines, tips, and words of encouragement and motivation. This will help to keep you on track and allow you to answer questions and check on your progress. During your six-week session, we offer you recipes, food prep ideas, and a cooking class. 

In addition to all this information, we couldn’t be more excited to announce that we are now doing in-person cooking classes rather than zoom. Recently we hosted our cooking classes at one of our participants' houses and had a great time teaching them some great healthy recipes. What is so great about our program is that you can always ask us any questions and for any advice.
