People in the US are stressed out. In a recent study, 77% of people are so stressed that it affects their physical health. Stress also affects mental health, relationships, job performance, and many other aspects of life.
Many Americans face a financial strain, inadequate healthcare, concerns about political and environmental issues, and long work days. It is a tough time to juggle all our responsibilities and have a good work-life balance.
Eating well and exercising are two of the most effective steps to mitigate stress's effects. But sometimes we need a little support.
Certified massage therapists are trained professionals who manipulate clients soft tissues and joints to treat injuries, promoting general wellness and reduce stress.
