New Fitness Programs

As we approach the holidays, The Paseo Club Fitness Department would like to invite you to try 3 new programs!!! *The DotFit Nutrition Series* Women in Motion* Ladies Boot Camp* As always, you can schedule a complimentary session with the trainer of your choice by contacting the Fitness Department.
The DotFit Nutrition Series - $15 per class members/$20 per class non-members
6 week series just in time to learn how to avoid the holiday “10″. Learn to eat right without any crazy diets. Wednesdays at 5:30pm

Ladies Boot Camp – $12 per person per session members; $16 non-members /6 week session
Learn different ways to stay fit with functional training, pilates, yoga, cardio with and without machines. Ladies only! 1 hour sessions.
Every Wednesday 4:30pm-5:30pm and Saturdays 9:30am – 10:30am.

Women in Motion! – $195 per person per month/8 week program
8 Week small group training. 1 hour workout. Cardiovascular, strength, core and flexibility training.
Mondays & Wednesdays at 9:30am.
