Pre-natal and Post-natal workouts for your pregnancy health, and beyond birth. Stretch, tone, and walk to stay healthy during this very special time.

Women are different than men. Especially when it comes to fitness. Once a week for various activities, including strength training on machines and free weights, cardio, stretching and coreworkouts! Experience a different workout each week.

Core/TRX Workout – $15 per person per session/1 x week
Learn new ways to strengthen and tone your core without crunches! Safe and effective moves with great results. Have fun with the TRX, Ropes, Sandbags, Kettlebells and Swiss Balls.
Every Saturday 10:00am-11:00am.
Begins on November 5. Meet in the Core Training Room.

Tennis and Golf Fitness – $15 per person per session /1 x week
Improve your game by strengthening your core, and adding flexibility to your upper and lower body rotation. Get strong, Get better movement and Get Your Best Game Ever!!
Every Thursday 5:00pm-6:00pm.
