The Paseo Club offers over 50 group exercise classes per week, complimentary with your membership, and we encourage you to take advantage of these terrific classes!  Our friendly and highly qualified instructors love helping members of all fitness levels get a great workout while having a great time.  From Zumba to Liquid Cardio to Family Yoga, we’re sure to have something to help you get your mind and body closer to optimal health.

Paseo Pacers Running Club!  Getting Stronger with Every Mile!!!

Open to all runners, all levels, and all abilities.  If you ever wanted to learn how to run, improve your speed or time, try a 5K or marathon.

This is the group for you at NO additional cost!!

Participate in Treadmill Training Classes, Outdoor Runs, Paseo Club Sponsored Events, and Santa Clarita Events throughout the year!

For each class or event that you complete, you will earn points and win prizes along with improving your fitness, increasing your cardio, and making new friends!!

Class Descriptions

**NEW**Aqua Zumba: Known as the Zumba “pool party,” Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning, body-toning, and most of all, exhilarating beyond belief.

Barre Body: An overall full body workout using straps with the barre to increase strength and flexibility, and lengthen muscles.

LesMills Body Pump: The fastest way in the universe to get in shape.  The original barbell class set to motivating music and instructed by our nationally trained instructors.  Workout every major muscle group in your entire body.  The class is ideal for beginners as well as experienced weight lifters.  Click here for more info

Cycle: A great cardio workout, use the spin bike as a tool to sculpt your legs.  Bottled water required.

Pilates: A balanced core workout using floor exercises.

Restorative Yoga: Focuses on relaxing the body in restful postures and slow mindful breathing.  This provides the body and the mind an opportunity to heal by reducing both physical and emotional stress.  A perfect balance for all levels of athletes and non-athletes.

Running Club: Meet at the fountain for a 2.5 or more mile run.  Join Melanie outside for a great cardiovascular workout!

Stretch and Tone: A half hour class that is a great transition from the liquid cardio classes.  Tone up your muscles as well as stretching to lengthen them.

Total Body: An overall full body workout.  Use various props to get the definition you have always wanted.

Treadmill Training: This is a workout you can’t miss.  Incorporate intervals, incline work, and sprints on the treadmill.

Yoga: Tone and trim while connecting the mind and body.  All classes 1hr 15min.

Zumba: An exciting hour of calorie burning, body-energizing movements with a Latin flavor and some international zest.  Easy to follow moves create this one-of-a-kind workout.
