The Fitness Services Department is for our members to get integrated into our various Fitness Programs that range from Personal Training, Group Exercise Classes, Fitness Clubs and other activities designed to improve your experience at The Paseo Club. Our team will customize a fitness program to best suit your lifestyle.

The first step is to set up your New Member Session with the trainer of your choice. Then they will discuss your goals and interests and get you started in a program that is designed exclusively for you. All members receive a New Member Session with one our excellent trainers that will help you achieve your goals.  Contact our Fitness Director, Cindy Tompkins, to get you into ship shape!

The Paseo Club offers over 50 group exercise classes per week, complimentary with your membership, and we encourage you to take advantage of these terrific classes!  Our friendly and highly qualified instructors love helping members of all fitness levels get a great workout while having a great time.

Fitness Programs for members with Special Interest:

The Personal Training Staff has experience in sports specific training such as: Golf, Tennis, High School Sports,  as well as, Senior Fitness, Pre and Post Natal Workouts, Rehabilitation, Womens Health, and Nutrition to meet the needs of all members. We also have specific training for beginning triathletes, advanced triathletes, runners at all levels, and boxing at all levels.
