How do I cancel my membership?
Complete cancellation form located at the front desk in person to verify you are the correct party. Make sure you receive a copy of the cancellation form from the front desk attendant when you turn it in.
Can I put my account on hold?
Medical freezes are granted for an indefinite period of time as long as a Doctors note is brought in with a starting date and an approximate ending date of your disability. We do not retro Freeze accounts, so make sure you bring in your Doctors note as soon as you get it.
Management will grant a “One Time Only” freeze on your account for things other than Medical Reasons. This is done as a courtesy and can only be used once in a membership and only for a period of 1 or 2 months.
How do I change my membership type, add or delete some one?
Any type of membership change requires a Member Action Request Form which can be obtained at the front desk. All membership downgrades are effective the beginning of the following month. All membership upgrades are effective immediately, unless otherwise annotated on the Member Action Request Form. There is a one time $35 charge for any membership change to cover administrative costs.
