How do I choose a group ex class that's right for me?

Do I need my own yoga mat for the class?
No. All equipment for group exercise classes will be provided.
Can I open the doors in the spin room?
We prefer to keep the doors closed for temperature regulation.
Can I save a spin bike for myself and my friends before the class starts?
No. You can only save a bike for yourself, and you must be on the bike 5 minutes prior to the beginning of the class or it will be made available to another member for use.
