What are the parking lot laws?
All members must drive and park motor vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and
posted regulations. Violations of regulations will lead to warnings, citations, and/or towing of
vehicle.
What precautions should I take in the parking lot?
All members must drive with caution when using the parking due to heavy pedestrian traffic and natural habitat life.
Are all parking spaces reserved for members?
No. Parking at The Paseo Club is reciprocal parking which means we share the parking lot with all the businesses from Subway to ReMax. Paseo members may park anywhere except M-F in front of Legacy.
Is there secure monitoring in the parking lot?
Yes. There are security cameras throughout the parking lot but the club still advises you leave valuables at home or bring them in the club club and lock them in your locker.
Do I have to lock my car?
Yes. Please keep your cars locked at all times.
