All About Clare:
Clare is AFAA-CPT, NCEP-CPT, Mad Dogg Athletics Certified. Clare specializes in active pre and post menopausal clients, functional training for aging populations, and age related hormone changes. She is also a Spin Instructor here at The Paseo Club. . She teaches Cycle on Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:00am and Saturdays at 8:00am as well as Total Body on Saturdays at 9:15am. She would love for the members to join her in one of her classes or to just stop by to say “Hi”. Her interests include sports, reading, cooking and an appreciation for all kinds of art.
Congratulations to all the Paseo Pacers who ran the Castaic 1K, 5K and 10 Mile races this past Sunday, May 22. Everyone did great.
Results:
Jenny Killgore placed 3rd in her age group for the 5k.
Madeline Broz got 2nd place in her age group for the 5k.
Tim Collins got 2nd place in his age group for the 5k.
Tesha Mullen took 1st place in her age group for the 10 mile and 4th woman overall.
Nick Vovk got 1st place in his age group for the 10 mile.
Russell Faulconer got 2nd place in his age group in 5k.
Greg Faulconer got 2nd place in his age group in 5k.

28 of the Paseo Tri-be Members participated in the 2011 Avia Wildflower Triathlon which took place on April 28-May 1 at Lake San Antonio. They were all very successful.
Andrew Larochelle took second place in the Mountain Bike Individual (age division 11-12).
Cheyenne Schloffman took second place in the Olympic Distance Individual (age division 16-19).
And our own Paseo Club instructors – Jodi Stokes, Larry Verdugo and Jodi Broz did the Olympic Distance Relay and took 1st place overall in the Masters Mixed Division.
All of the Paseo Tri-be Members who have done this race before beat their time and achieved their personal best.
