His personal experience in working with some of the nations top trainers engineered his desire to design fitness plans that would specifically and dramatically enhance an athlete’s performance in any sport.His passion is Volleyball with competing at both the high school and college levels. Brandon has proven his extreme and “out of the box” approach to training volleyball players time and time again with athletes ranging from the Jr. High age to professionals. His theory embraces the entire body-incorporating methods that increase explosive agility, cardio strength, vertical jump, full body functionality and intense core control. Adapting intense metabolic training to the specific sport with unique designs directed to performance results.
