Q: How do I lose these love handles as quickly as possible?

A: Unfortunately, body fat "spot reduction" only exists in the form of liposuction. As far as we know, it is biologically predetermined how, where, and in what order your body will lose that fat. That being said, the general key to losing that extra body fat, wherever it may be, is to reduce your overall daily caloric intake, while increasing BOTH your resistance training (i.e., "weight training") and cardiovascular exercise.

Q: My son/daughter is under 14 years old, can they use the Fitness Center as long as I am with them?

A: Unfortunately, due to past injuries which have occurred to children using the Fitness Center under parental supervision, we can not allow anyone under the age of 14 into the Center, supervised or unsupervised. For children age 12 or 13, we offer the Junior Training Certification Program, a program comprised of 8 hour-long sessions with a Paseo Certified Trainer in which your child is taught safe and proficient use of every individual piece of equipment in the Fitness Center. At the end of 8 sessions, assuming your child can demonstrate adequate competency, he/she will be granted access to the Fitness Center.
