Pre-natal and Post-natal workouts for your pregnancy health, and beyond birth. Stretch, tone, and walk to stay healthy during this very special time.

Women are different than men.  Especially when it comes to fitness.  Once a week for various activities, including strength training on machines and free weights, cardio, stretching and coreworkouts! Experience a different workout each week.

Core/TRX Workout$15 per person per session/1 x week

Learn new ways to strengthen and tone your core without crunches!  Safe and effective moves with great results.  Have fun with the TRX, Ropes, Sandbags, Kettlebells and Swiss Balls.
Every Saturday 10:00am-11:00am.
Begins on November 5.  Meet in the Core Training Room.

Tennis and Golf Fitness$15 per person per session /1 x week

Improve your game by strengthening your core, and adding flexibility to your upper and lower body rotation.  Get strong, Get better movement and Get Your Best Game Ever!!

Robert Blessing began training with Private Trainer, Brandon Clark 6 weeks ago.  At that time he was recovering from a disc replacement surgery in his neck that had caused a lack of movement in his shoulder and neck spasms.  It was his goal to rehabilitate those areas and become leaner and stronger. The progress that he had made really exceeded his expectations.

“I am stronger in everything I am doing, my heart rate and recovery time during the workouts are great! My driving distance on the golf course has increased by 20 yards!  My workouts with Brandon are fun, exciting, and I am getting better in all aspects of my life because of them.” said Robert.

Robert also joined the triathlon team (TRIBE) and during his bike rides he can keep a consistent pace with ease.

Jim McCardy is the chef/owner of Marston’s Restaurant located in Valencia’s Bridgeport Marketplace on the corner of Newhall Ranch Road and McBean Parkway.  Although the Valencia restaurant opened recently, his other location has been a Pasadena landmark for almost 25 years.  Marstons is committed to providing unique seasonal specialties with fresh ingredients.  Their breakfast was featured in Sunset magazine and recognized in 2010 as “The Best Breakfast in California” by Food Network Magazine.

Due to popular demand Marstons is now offering breakfast daily until 2:30pm.  In addition to breakfast and lunch, Marstons is now open for dinner Tuesday – Sunday night.  For dinner, Chef McCardy prepares a variety of entrees such as: homemade chicken pot pie, smoked chicken mac and cheese, fresh fish, tri-tip sandwiches and many of Marston’s classic salads.  Marstons offers bottles of wine for ½ price on Tuesdays and Kids Eat free on Wednesdays.  The restaurant has patio dining with a fire pit and offers happy hour daily from 3-7pm.

As a local resident, Chef McCardy recognizes the importance of community outreach and welcoming families to his restaurant.  Recently, his family and employees participated in Santa Clarita’s Make a Difference Day.  He has reached out to the community through various fundraisers, such as the Helmers Elementary PTA fundraiser and United Way cooking class.
