The Paseo Swim Team started its Fall program this week and is still accepting applications throughout September. Coach Nick and Coach Esther have teamed up to instruct and train beginner to advanced swimmers ages 5-16. Whether your child has been a competitive swimmer for years or just recently started swimming, we would love to have your child be a part of our new Fall swim team.

Bernie Clark is a member of the Paseo Club. He is 72 years old and is a client of our private trainer, Brandon Clark. Bernie works out at the Paseo Club 3 times a week. He has 8% body fat and his latest accomplishment includes a 6 minute plank.
You can find Bernie and Brandon working out at the gym on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8am. Let Bernie be an example to everyone that puts their health first!
The Paseo Club had its first invitational swim meet on Saturday, August 27. Swimmers throughout the valley from Canyons Aquatics, the Summit Seals, and the Valencia Hills Waves joined our very own Paseo swimmers to compete in this fun yet competitive exhibition swim meet. Over 40 swimmers from ages 5 to 14 were able to break personal records, set pool records, compete against friends, and enjoy the sport of swimming! We hope to see you at our next swim meet!
