Dance Company Auditions in September

We will have Dance Company Auditions for our 2011-2012 junior and senior performance teams on Saturday, September 17.  Junior company is for ages 7 years to 10 years old and will audition from 12:30-2:00pm.  Senior Company is for ages 11 years and up and will audition from 2-3:30pm.  All dancers must register prior to auditions.

Adult Ballet Class on Wednesdays

Learn the art form of ballet, increase flexibility and strength, great exercise, fun and finish the class with a 15-minute meditation session.  Class is Wednesdays from 4:15-5:30pm.  While your child is in cheer or dance class, you can take the adult ballet class.  The class will resume on Wednesday, August 17.

New Fall Dance Classes Schedule

Check out our new fall schedule of dance classes for ages 4 and up.  We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz Lyrical, Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Musical Theater and our award winning Dance Company.

All About Brandon:
Specializes in training athletes for sports specific results.  His unprecedented approach to realizing optimum performance came from his own personal
quest for excellence beyond potential.  His personal experience in working with some of the nations top trainers engineered his desire to design fitness plans that would specifically and dramatically enhance an athlete’s performance in any sport.

His passion is Volleyball with competing at both the high school and college levels.  Brandon has proven his extreme and “out of the box” approach to
training volleyball players time and time again with athletes ranging from the Jr. High age to professionals. His theory embraces the entire body-incorporating methods that increase explosive agility, cardio strength, vertical jump, full body functionality and intense core control.  Adapting intense metabolic training to the specific sport with unique designs directed to performance results.
